Cancellation

You retain ownership of any data you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide our services.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice when possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Immune Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
